The Nerd On! Family Grows Larger

The More the Merrier

Nerd On! started with a group of friends who wanted to get together to nerd on and on about the things they love. The podcast of 4 grew to 5 with the introduction of…Me! However, this motley crew was bound to grow larger as there’s more to gush about than could ever be covered in a lifetime. Through a series of fortunate events, we have merged with the team from Kimyouna Onna (which translates to ‘weird women’ in Japanese).

They are coming into the Nerd On! family so we can all do more of what we love. While their previous focus was a passion for anime and Japanese culture (a few members currently live in or have lived in Japan!), they all have interests outside of that sphere as well. They also focus on discussing feminism and social issues within these mediums and communities, as civil discourse is the best way to tackle any problem!

To date, an article has already gone up by Nikki Flores, one of the newest members of the crew! Joining forces to come under the Nerd On! banner means there’s more to see, hear, and talk about. We all want to share our passions and do more of what we love, so it only makes sense that we’re stronger together. If you like what you read or even if you don’t – join in via the comments section, or send us an email so we can continue the conversation!

Companies exist to make possible what we cannot do on our own.
